Our XpressWall service uses proprietary software to digitalize your project with precise specifications. We precut your walls and deliver them as a labelled kit, ready to install.
How It Works
XpressWall Composition
Step 1: We take your plans and mark them up to show concrete thickness, wall height and any other specific characteristics.
We do this for floor plans and elevations / building sections.
When it’s right, you sign off on it.
Manufacturing
Step 2: We virtualize and optimize your plans creating a cutlist for the factory. Then we create row by row installation plans as well as additional layouts showing the:
Building from each side
Dimensions and special features
Diagonal dimensions
Concrete to concrete dimensions
The factory then cuts, labels, and packages your XpressWalls.
Delivery
Step 3:
Polycrete is delivered to the site well marked and immediately ready for installation.
You will find that all blocks are precut for door and window openings, wall heights, custom corner angles, and all other architectural features. The blocks are numbered and labeled for easy identification
